as Korean Economy Institute under APEC - EI small business
counselors certification program.
This website is also intended to demonstrate the capability
of KIEI (Korea Industry Education Institute) that is one
of institutes under KMTCA as the Learning Delivery Center.

Most of the 10 KMTCA staff are university graduates in business.
More than 40 senior KMTCA staff have extensive experience as
small business counselors, assessors, managers, trainers, and
facilitators.

| History of KMTCA |
| KMTCA has been providing services to improve the creation and sustainability
of micro, small and medium size businesses since 1986. |
| KMTCA with more than 10,000 consultants consists of 14 regional
branches, 4 professional institutes and 9 sub-committees. |
KMTCA has undertaken the following programs and activities :
Approval of Korean Consultants Certification
Delivery of Educational Services to the Entrepreneurs as well as
Consultants
Small Businesses Counseling Cooperation with External Organizations
such as Soongsil University(A well-known university in small business
areas), Hankyung newspapers and English consultant association |
